Our production workflow is published on the store and it is the same one we run for every custom order. It is worth reading before you send a specification, because it explains where your decisions — not our capacity — determine the calendar.
The six stages
- 1 · Provide the demand — tape type, dimensions, adhesive, print and target quantity
- 2 · Sample to confirm before production — physical rolls checked against the specification
- 3 · Confirm production — the approved sample becomes the reference for the run
- 4 · Quality inspection and customer acceptance — finished rolls inspected against that reference
- 5 · Fast delivery of the finished product, door to door
- 6 · Customer receipt and settlement
Where the time actually goes
Average lead time across the trade capability record is about 10 days, measured in production. The critical path in a private-label order is stage two: every day spent confirming a sample removes a risk from the run, and every change requested after stage three costs a re-run.
One team handles the whole route
Quotation, sampling, documentation, customs clearance and courier coordination sit with the same team, so there is a single point of contact from specification to delivered carton rather than a relay of intermediaries.
Send your specification in the shape of stage one — type, dimensions, adhesive, print, quantity — and the reply can be a quotation rather than a round of questions.
