Mouth tape for CPAP and sleep ranges: a wholesale sourcing checklist
Formats, materials, minimum order and the compliance line a distributor has to hold. What a mouth tape programme looks like before the artwork is approved.
Read the articleThis is the sleep and breathing range: non-woven nose strips, multi-region patches that combine a nasal strip with a mouth strip, and medical-grade silicone nasal dilators with a hook-and-loop fastener. Mouth tape is produced in coated paper, in 95% cotton with 5% spandex, and in book-type paperboard boxes for retail.
Boxes are configured for shelf or e-commerce: 30-piece boxes, multi-packs of 30, 60, 90, 150 and 300 pieces, and printed paperboard formats. Custom branding runs from the patch itself through to the box print, which makes this one of the few ranges in the catalogue where the retail unit is part of the manufacturing brief.
