Cotton kinesiology tape is the most customised line we produce. The same roll can ship as a therapy brand, a club product or a retail own-label item, and almost the whole difference sits in the specification rather than in the material.
Start from the format
Two formats cover most orders. Continuous rolls suit therapists and clinics that cut to length; pre-cut strips suit retail packs and club use. Our OEM kinesiology listing runs 3.8 cm × 5 m, breathable and perforated for muscle and joint support, and is sold from a single roll so a sample can be checked before the run.
Fix the adhesive and the stretch
Kinesiology tape earns its price by stretching with the skin and holding through sweat and showering. A wave-pattern acrylic adhesive on a cotton substrate keeps the elasticity, tolerates moisture and lifts cleanly at removal. If your market needs a specific wear duration, say so before we sample — wear performance is set by the adhesive and the substrate together, not by one of them.
Print the brand, not just the logo
- Continuous printing along the tape face, including colour-matched backgrounds
- Printed core, backing card or retail wrap to your artwork
- Pre-cut strips packed in sleeves, tins or cartons for shelf display
Quantities and pricing
The published band on the OEM kinesiology listing is US$0.93–0.98 per roll. For a private-label run the binding constraint is usually the print set-up rather than the tape, so plan a first order large enough to carry that set-up cost, then reorder against the same artwork.
