An aluminium foil masking tape for kitchen stoves, hoods and pipework, where grease and heat would defeat a paper-backed tape. The foil face resists high temperatures while the acrylic layer holds it flat against steel, tile and painted panels, even when those surfaces warm up during cooking.
Oil-proof and waterproof, the foil surface wipes clean instead of soaking up cooking residue. It is used to mask edges during installation and to seal joints around hobs and extractor ducts, and the acrylic adhesive keeps the bond when surfaces warm up.
