An acrylic coated aluminium foil tape for kitchen pipework, sold for heat insulation and leak proofing on joints. The foil surface blocks radiant heat while the acrylic adhesive keeps the strip tight around bends, elbows and valve bodies, even where a hand cannot press it flat.
Masking flexibility makes this the roll to use on short runs and awkward corners, where a wide sheet would crease. The tape cuts with scissors and presses down by thumb, so a repair can be finished without any special tools.
